2. How does Tageze work?
One Step Process
Find Tageze QR Code on keychain, helmet, phone, motorcycle, car, dog collar or other items and scan it through any QR scanner App, it will immediately show required information. If not able to scan QR Code then, you can visit www.mytageze.com and enter your Tag ID & PIN

3. How do I Link / Activate a Tageze to my Profile?

Locate your unique ID and PIN on your Tageze Product.
- Log into your account using the email you used when creating your account.
- Click on Link Product underneath your name and enter your ID and PIN.

4. What devices are compatible with Tageze?
These QR code tags can be scanned through any smartphone camera app or third party QR code scanner app in any location and time.
5. What happens if I lose my Tageze?
No worries, simply log in to your Tageze account and click Linked Tag to unlink it. If you end up finding your Tag, then simply link it back to your profile.
6. Who needs Tageze ID?
ID should be as common and important as putting on a seat belt when getting into a car, or strapping on a bike helmet to go for a ride. Identification is important for people of all ages. If you are a cyclist, biker, or someone who doesn't spend all of their time on the couch, then we encourage you to have ID. Kids need ID too as they rarely have ID when they go out for a bike ride or walk to school.

8. How to place order at Tageze?
Visit www.mytagezeshop.com and select the product, fill out all the required emergency medical information, place them in cart and then proceed to checkout, fill details and proceed to make the payment, once the order is completed you will receive the order number through SMS and mail.
9. How will I receive order confirmation?
Once the order is completed you will receive the order number through SMS and mail.
10. What is the shipping time?
Packages are delivered within 3-5 working days from the date of shipping.

13. How to cancel my order?

14. How do I get my refund?
Once the order has been cancelled the amount will be refunded with-in 4-5 working days, it may get delayed in case of national holidays and strikes.
15. I want to return?
Replacement is applicable only if the product is having wrong information in it (not as per the order details) or damaged.
16. My order has been shipped not yet received?
To know the status, try to track your package through its tracking ID which has been provided to you through sms and mail. If package is not delivered because of “insufficient address” or “Door was closed” , then Tageze is not responsible for it. Please write to our customer care about this at support@mytageze.com

23. How to paste Tageze Sticker?
For more durability of Tageze it should be pasted on the flat surface, without any air bubble or fold.
